No, you can have as many users as you like on your My File Assistant account.

Do all users have access to all files?

Not necessarily, you can create groups and assign permissions to these groups based on the ability "read only" or to edit & upload files. Alternatively, you can completely deny access to certain files based on these same groups.

Can I upload any type of file I want?

Yes. Your only limitation is the physical disk space you have. For instance, a 200MB video file can certainly be uploaded, however, the upload time for a file of this size may be considerable depending on your internet connection speed. Compare our packages to learn more about disk space.

Can I easily search for files?

You bet! My File Assistant has a built in search function which will allow you to search by file name as well as description.

Where is My File Assistant hosted?

My File Assistant is hosted on a secure server managed entirely by us. You need not have any technical support staff on your end to keep My File Assistant up and running.
